I have been using Jeff Miller, owner of Stretch Master for many years now here at the Roxy Theatre in Northampton, Pa, and at my home and other rental properties that I own. I have always been very pleased with the workmanship and professional performance that Jeff and his son have had on all the carpet installations that they have done at my various properties. The Roxy Theatre is a historic facility that has been under restoration for many years, sometimes requiring very tight scheduling of various projects to fit completion between theatre programming as well as work done by other trades people. Jeff has always managed to complete his portion of the projects on time and in a superb way. A good example is our recent construction of a handicap restroom on the main floor of the building which required us to cut through a lobby wall and take space from an adjoining retail store. The hallway created to connect the lobby to the new rest room was finished to look as though it was original from 1933 requiring all moldings, wall coverings and carpeting to match the originals. While we had left over carpeting from the lobby, there wasn't a piece large enough to cover the entire * hallway. Jeff cut four pieces and put them together, perfectly matching the intricate design in a way that no one can tell that it isn't just one piece of carpet. I will always use Stretch Master for carpet work at all of my properties and highly recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Stretchmaster to anyone with wrinkles in their carpet. Jeff Miller and his assistant Jim did a great job on ours and totally took out the ripples in our master bedroom carpet. We thought we were going to have to replace it. They also guarantee it to stay that way or they will redo it for the life of the carpet. We were very happy with the results and with their prompt service.

Due to unsightly wrinkling we had been contemplating replacing all of the carpets in our home. After doing some research we found Stretch Master who can remove all the wrinkling, bubbling areas without the need to move any furniture out of the room. All of our rooms were completed in a day which included our game room housing a pool table, a full size shuffleboard table, air hockey, etc. which all remained in place during the process. I would definitely use Jeff again and recommend his company for a job well done.

I recently lost my house to a fire. This moved me into my father's house, for which I was grateful! I also moved in with my cats, for which my father is not a fan. But! he loves meand he understands they need a home too. The youngest one scratched a hole into the hallway carpet near immediately! Yay! And sent me into a panic. Not only did this company pick up for me right off the bat? But he was there within an hour and did such an amazing job! You simply cannot tell the damage was done. And the carpet was commercial grade. Thin, tight knit, low nap. Crazy! Just gone. 10 out of 10. Now, I don't have to tell dad his kindness was met with disappointment. That's worth everything. In my other home, my hallway had alot of wrinkles in it and fell. I'm a senior citizen and didn't want to fall again or have the money to replace it. Jeff came over on a Sunday and removed the wrinkles even while I was standing on them. No more wrinkles and I don't have to worry bringing my elderly Mother over and her tripping on the rug and badly injuring herself. I watched him do it and was amazed at the tool he made and how quickly it worked and did not have to move the furniture. He was very punctual and very fair pricing.
